These Terms of Service govern your use of DinoQ, a product of Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd ("Increatech", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using DinoQ ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DinoQ ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DinoQ and Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment Terms

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You will provide DinoQ / Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information.

By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize DinoQ / Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

DinoQ / Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

6. QR Code Usage

You retain all rights to the content you upload and the QR codes you create. However, you grant DinoQ / Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd the right to store and process this content to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your QR codes and their content comply with all applicable laws and regulations. DinoQ / Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the content of your QR codes.

7. Service Limitations

DinoQ / Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DinoQ or Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
